Vendor Registration

It is the policy of the Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) to promote award of sub-agreements for goods and/or services to qualified minority and women-owned businesses. Bidders are encouraged to solicit minority and women-owned businesses whenever they are potential sources.

Bidders are encouraged to utilize the services and assistance of the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and the office of the Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA). These agencies can provide assistance in securing the names of qualified minority and women-owned businesses.

The Georgia Department of Transportation (DOT) has established a list of qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. Information is available online at: http//www.dot.state.ga.us/homeoffs/contr.www/contractor-directory.htm.

The successful Bidder will be asked to provide, along with his Request for Payment each month, a list of qualified MBE/WBE businesses utilized on the Project.

Any vendor wanting to do business with the Clayton County Water Authority must first meet the respective risk management requirements as outlined on the documents below.

How To Do Business With the Clayton County Water Authority

The Clayton County Water Authority offers a monthly meeting to give companies the chance to learn about the CCWA's current and future business opportunities.

The meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month from 2 - 3 p.m. in the Authority's Community Use Room at 1600 Battle Creek Road in Morrow. The Community Use Room is located on the back side of the Headquarters Building.
